These terms govern your use of Partner Invites (the "Service"), a private partnership network operated by EngageIQ at partnerinvites.com. By using the Service you agree to them.
Partner Invites helps a client find companies worth partnering with and hold the conversation in one place. Access is by invitation only: there is no public sign-up. We research companies from published sources and a person checks a contact before it reaches you. We prepare and can draft outreach, but nothing is sent until you approve it.
You reach the Service through a private link we issue you. That link is your identity here, treat it like a password. Anyone who has it can act as you, so do not forward or post it. Redeeming it stores a cookie on your device so you do not have to find the link again; you can sign out to clear it, and we can revoke and reissue a link at any time.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for genuine partnership outreach. You will not:

Company profiles and contacts are provided to support your outreach and may be estimates or placeholders; we do not guarantee they are complete, current, or that any company wants to hear from you. A contact shown as a placeholder is not a verified decision-maker. Use good judgment before you reach out.
A person you invite to a conversation opens it through their own private link and can reply without an account, and can ask to stop being emailed at any time. Respect that choice; do not use the Service to contact anyone who has opted out.
We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes take effect when we post the updated terms here.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EngageIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or end your access if these terms are breached or the Service is misused. You may stop using the Service at any time.
