Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, company, and role, so we can identify you and your team.
• Messages and proposals: what you and the people you contact write in a conversation, and any files attached.
• Usage: pages you open and actions you take, kept to run and improve the Service.
• Email engagement: when an email we send on your behalf is opened, and when a recipient opens their conversation link, measured with a small tracking image and link, so we can report whether outreach is landing.
• Meetings: details of calls you schedule through the Service and who confirmed.

Cookies

We use two cookies, both strictly to make the Service work: a session cookie that lasts your visit, and a device cookie (about 90 days) that remembers your access link so you do not have to find it again. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service: to show you companies, deliver the messages you approve, notify the right people, report on opens and replies, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The people you contact. A message you send is delivered to the recipient you chose, with your name on it.
• Service providers that help us operate, for example an email delivery relay, and a language-model provider (Anthropic) when you ask the Service to draft wording. Content sent for a draft is used only to return that draft and is not used to train their models.
• Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page, and turn off the daily email digest there. Anyone we email about a conversation can stop those emails from the page their link opens. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us at privacy@partnerinvites.com.

Security

Access is by private link over an encrypted connection, credentials are stored outside the public web root, and only a checked contact reaches a client. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
